Who we are

Sen Design and Engineering Ltd ("Sen Design", "we") is registered in England and Wales, company number 12446853, registered office 276 Chase Road, Suite 7-0707 Lonsto House, London N14 6HA. For any privacy question, email info@sendesignltd.co.uk.

What we collect

When you ask for a quote we receive the details you type into the form and the files you attach:

• your name, email address, and optionally your company and phone number
• details of the parts or service you need, and any notes
• drawings and other files you upload

This website does not use cookies or tracking, and it loads nothing from other websites.

Why we use it

We use these details to answer your request, prepare a quote and, if you go ahead, deliver the work. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries. Your drawings are shared only with the manufacturing partner who cuts or bends your parts, and only for that job.

Where it is stored

When you send the form, your details and files pass through our hosting provider, Cloudflare, and arrive in our email inbox as a single email. The website itself does not keep a copy.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests for 12 months, and records of completed work for as long as UK tax law requires.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email us and we will reply within one month. If you are unhappy with our answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
