Finite element analysis in Ansys, laser cutting, bending and maintenance consultancy, for sheet metal and composite parts.
CUT
Laser cutting
Profiles cut from sheet metal to your DXF, or to a drawing we prepare for you, from one-offs to batches.
- Clean, accurate edges ready for bending or welding
- Nesting planned to keep material waste and cost down
- Holes, slots and tabs cut in the same operation
- Flat patterns for bent parts prepared by us if you only have a 3D model
- Sheet size and thickness confirmed against your drawing when we quote

BEND
Bending
Every bent part starts flat. We work out the flat pattern, bend allowances and bend order from your drawing, then form the part on the press brake.
- Flat pattern
- Bend 1
- Bend 2
- Finished channel
FEA
Finite element analysis in Ansys
We check designs in Ansys before they are built: where stress concentrates, how far a part deflects, and whether it carries its load with a safe margin. That means fewer prototypes and fewer surprises in service.
- Static structural analysis: stress, strain and deflection under real loads
- Sheet metal structures: brackets, enclosures, frames and guards
- Composite materials: laminate layups, stiffness and strength
- Design options compared on screen, so the lightest safe version is the one that gets made
- Clear reports with results, plots and recommendations you can act on
Sheet metal and composite materials
Sheet metal we design, analyse, cut and bend. Composites we design and analyse in Ansys.
Sheet metal
Brackets, channels, enclosures, frames and covers in common sheet grades, cut and formed to your drawing.
- Mild steel
- Stainless steel
- Aluminium
- Galvanised steel
Composite materials
Carbon and glass fibre laminates designed and analysed in Ansys: layups, stiffness and strength checked before tooling is made.
- Carbon fibre
- Glass fibre
MAINTAIN
Maintenance consultancy
Machines earn money when they run. We help keep them running, and get them back quickly when they stop.
- Planned maintenance schedules built around how the machine is really used
- Failure investigation to find the cause, not just replace the part
- Spare-part drawings for worn or obsolete components
- Upgrade and modification design for older equipment

From drawing to delivered part
One route for cut and bent parts, with a check before anything is cut.
- 01
Send your drawing
DXF, DWG, STEP or PDF. A sketch or a sample part is a fine start too.
- 02
We check it
Material, thickness, tolerances and bend radii are reviewed before anything is cut.
- 03
Laser cut
Profiles are cut and deburred.
- 04
Bend
Parts are formed on the press brake to your drawing.
- 05
Inspect and deliver
Dimensions are checked against the drawing, then the parts are packed and sent.
